UBestie Terms of Use & Content Guidelines

UBestie is a warm, supportive conversational companion. It is designed for reflection, encouragement, and everyday conversation. UBestie is not a medical, mental-health, legal, or financial professional and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. If you are in crisis or in danger, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional right away.

You may create an account using email and password or a supported third-party sign-in provider. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use UBestie.

Your conversations with UBestie — including text, images, and voice input you choose to share — are stored so you can revisit them and so UBestie can respond with context. You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant UBestie a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

UBestie can create images with AI in response to your requests. Generated images are produced by an AI model, may be imperfect or inaccurate, and are stored privately with your conversation. Uploaded and generated images are screened for safety on a best-effort basis, which cannot be guaranteed to catch every unsuitable result. Please do not rely on generated images for commercial use without confirming that doing so is appropriate for your situation.

UBestie's replies are generated by artificial intelligence. AI output can be imperfect, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect. Treat AI-generated content as a starting point, not as professional advice or verified fact. You are responsible for how you use, share, or act on anything UBestie says.

The UBestie name, branding, interface, and underlying software are owned by UBestie and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the service except as expressly permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe the copyright or other rights of third parties.

Please use UBestie kindly and lawfully. Do not use the service to harass, defraud, impersonate others, distribute malware, scrape or overload the platform, attempt to bypass safety systems, or use UBestie in a way that violates applicable law.

You may not submit, request, or attempt to generate content that:

• Sexualizes minors or depicts child sexual abuse material.
• Promotes self-harm, suicide, or violence against yourself or others.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or targeted abuse of a person or group.
• Facilitates illegal activity, including the creation of weapons, drugs, or malware.
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery or violates another person's privacy.
• Is deceptive, fraudulent, or designed to manipulate other people.

UBestie may block, filter, or refuse to respond to requests that violate these guidelines, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

UBestie strives to be warm, thoughtful, and helpful, but it can make mistakes. It does not have real-time knowledge of the world, it does not remember information between separate conversations except as stored context, and it cannot replace professional judgment. Verify anything important with a qualified source.

UBestie stores your account information, conversation history, and uploaded content to provide the service. Your data is protected by access controls so that only you can read your own conversations. Content you submit may be processed by trusted AI and infrastructure providers strictly to deliver features you request. UBestie does not sell your personal data.

UBestie relies on third-party providers for authentication, AI responses, image generation, voice transcription and playback, live web and weather lookups, and hosting. Your use of features powered by those providers is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. UBestie is not responsible for the availability or content of external services. You are responsible for the content you share with UBestie, for the decisions you make based on its responses, and for complying with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to rely on UBestie for emergency, medical, legal, or financial decisions.

UBestie is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UBestie and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will ask you to review and accept the updated version before continuing to use UBestie. Minor clarifications may take effect without a new prompt.
